The forward formed a great attacking partnership with Waldo Machado, and during his career he was coached by Mundo Suárez and Alfredo Di Stéfano, among others.
Vicente Guillot played for Valencia CF for eight seasons (1961–62 / 1967–68 / 1969–70), during which he made 289 appearances, scoring 96 goals and providing 69 assists.
He also won two Inter-Cities Fairs Cup titles (1962 and 1963) and the Copa del Generalísimo 1967.
After his time with the Valencia side, he moved to Elche CF in the 1970–71 season, where he ended his playing career at the conclusion of that same campaign.
